Scurry County does not publish a separately named sheriff's records division, a dedicated county request form, or a criminal-record copy fee schedule. Direct a written request under the Texas Public Information Act for sheriff-created material to the Sheriff's Office and ask for an estimate. Send Snyder Police records through the City Secretary's official request channels instead, because a city report remains a city record even after a county jail booking.
